Catering Pick-up & Delivery We offer a variety of meats and side dishes for your choosing.  Below is a list of four possible menus.  You may choose from one of these or we can create a personalized menu to meet your needs. Not to worry! This is normal in smoked meats.  It is a product of a chemical reaction between smoke nitrates and meat protein. So Rest Easy and Enjoy!
